Rachel devotes herself fully to her clients. Many of her clients have become friends and neighbors, and many friends and neighbors have become clients! Rachel lives in the Newfield neighborhood of Stamford with her husband and 3 children. Her commitment to helping clients seamlessly transition to the CT suburbs is a passion, as she herself has relied on the very resources she now recommends, such as schools, parks, libraries, and local parent networks.

Carolyn is an experienced real estate agent specializing in residential properties, bringing her passion and tireless work ethic to every client she serves. Born and raised in Stamford, Carolyn has a profound understanding of the local markets and communities.

Outside of her professional life, Carolyn is a devoted mother of two daughters and enjoys supporting them in their activities. Rudy Sookraj is an accomplished real estate agent specializing in residential and rental properties, focused on helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. He is skilled in market analysis, negotiation, and strategic marketing. 

Rudy has a particular passion for assisting first-time homebuyers in finding their dream homes and is keenly interested in market trends and real estate investment. He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and volunteers with local charities and community development programs. 

Before joining the JMX Team, Rudy was an entrepreneur in the automotive industry. He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA.   

Outside of his professional life, Rudy enjoys hiking and outdoor activities, is an avid reader of real estate market trends and investment strategies, and is passionate about photography. He also loves riding his bicycle, motorcycle, and old Mustang, as well as playing basketball. 

Lucas Papageorge has a tremendous understanding of real estate, with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and over two decades of experience in the construction industry. He helps his real estate clients with anything that they are not sure of regarding and related to construction. He founded his GC/Builder business, LCP General Contractors, on the deep-rooted desire to provide trustworthy and reliable professional construction and consultation services to valued clients throughout Fairfield County.
